The answer report they sent me is crap. They also refused to refund, although they promised to refund if you didn't past when you first contact them.
The final words: If you really want to go with them, remember to sign a contract which state the refund policy. In that case, at least you can get your money back through credit card dispute.

What kind of people are you? Cheaters and scammers. After placing the order, I realized they are charging too much.

Before I will share my experience, Please do not trust on wyzant's team.
I paid the amount but they didn't start the class and when I escalated to top management, nobody responded.

They are working to earn money online, not giving any knowledge. Highly unethical and unprofessional.
