CustomEssayWriter.co.uk is an online academic assignment writing service provider that claims to have more than 1,000 experts at work. From essay writing services to dissertation writing, resume writing services to coursework and proposal writing services, the company seems to be the Jack of all trade.  

Price & Discounts (Rating: 2/5)

Let me begin my review by highlighting this aspect of the company. When I tried getting in touch with the experts of the firm, they were initially of the opinion that they have a “perfect combination of quality and price”.  

Moreover, they also have a price structure displaying their charges. But I wonder why? They do not abide by the price policy in real. It is funny how people come up with ambiguous promises, use flowery words just in order to woo their clients and end up fooling them in the name of offering highly discounted essay writing services.

Secondly, what I have realized later is that the essay writers of this firm are actually charging pretty high prices even for an essay of 500 words.  It would not be possible for a student to figure out the real tricks of the trade unless they are aware of the real story. The writers associated with this company charge £41.74 for one page of the essay, ranging 250-500 words. This, I personally feel is a bit overpriced.

Even if I consider the price, the most annoying aspect of the firm is their deliberate attempt at making fake promises. I am sharing another screenshot below which says that the writers would take 48 hours to complete an essay of Master’s level for £41.74 per page.

Believe me, it took some three extra days for the writers to finish the essay and mail it back to me. Why on earth people fake things to the extent of attaching price list based on urgencies and estimated time required for finishing an essay, if they cannot stick to what is being claimed? I really don’t understand.

Consequence – These guys are not only making a fool of their clients, but they are also making a fool of themselves. Now that I know how overpriced and overhyped the service and price policies are, I am certainly not recommending CustomEssayWriter.co.uk to any of my acquaintances and readers. And this is how a company loses business and goodwill.

Reality – Moreover, it would simply add up to the pain of not receiving essay papers on time and not being able to chat with a customer care executive to solve your queries regarding the matter. I can only imagine your stress in case the executives don’t call you back upon receiving a request. Read through the following section in order to know more about the dilemma I am trying to highlight.

24/7 Availability (Rating: 1.5/5)

They don’t even have a live chat portal available for clients. This is probably the biggest disadvantage students will face when they opt for the essay writing services of CustomEssayWriter.co.uk.

Reality – In order to check and figure out if there’s really someone responsible at the other end of the computer to call me back and register my request; I have used their “Request a Call” option and found out that the feature does not work well. There must be an imaginary entity I believe – a genie that never turns up.

 

Service Range and Quality (Rating: 2/5)

What they say – “No matter how complicated your order is our experts always ready to accept any challenge and deliver an outstanding paper.  All the writers hold Master’s or Ph.D. degrees and are capable of composing any type of custom essay.”

Reality - 

One bright side of the entire story is that the writers associated with it offer a decent range of online academic writing services.

But, my friend, it is not nearly enough for an individual to call this company an ideal one. Quality is something that matters a lot, and helps you score good grades. And this is where I believe CustomEssayWriter.co.uk needs to work on and definitely needs to put more effort in the near future.

The 500 words essay paper which was ordered from my end was filled with numerous grammatical and contextual errors. Moreover, the essay was not well-revised and was far away from being technically accurate. You can easily figure out from the writing style that the paper has been written by a Non-English writer. In addition to it, the silly spelling errors in the paper are a major turn-off.

It is evident that the academic writing website still lacks the potential to come up with student-friendly assistance and academic writing services. Being one of the experienced reviewers and an industry expert, I feel that a poor service quality and unavailability of live chat portals, paired with overpriced essay solutions and the likes are no way a good choice for students to opt for.
